Here you will find the answers to the most common questions regarding accommodation and the services offered in our welcoming rooms. We have created this section to provide you with detailed and useful information, so that your experience with us is as pleasant as possible.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests can leave luggage at the reception before check-in and after check-out. (Please notify us in advance for special needs, and we'll find a solution whenever possible.)
- Can I check-in after 12:00?
- Yes, just inform us during the booking.
- Can I pay for the stay with credit cards?
- Yes, we accept payments with American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, CartaSì, and Bancomat.
- Where can I park my car?
- Su Pasu has a fenced and closed internal parking.
What are the breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours?
- Breakfast: 08:00 to 9:30 AM; for early departures, contact our staff.

DAY USE:
For those wishing to keep the room until the afternoon (3:00 PM), there is a 50% supplement on the daily room rate. To keep it until the evening (8:00 PM), the expected supplement is 80%. Beyond, the full amount for an additional night must be paid. This service is available upon prior request and must be confirmed subject to availability.
Rules :
- Upon arrival, guests must present an ID.
- If a guest books half-board, they must pay even if not used.
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm the stay, to be paid within 7 days via bank transfer or credit card.
- A child under 3 years stays for free. (Service is available upon prior request and must be confirmed.)
- Cot 0/3 years: €8.00 per day in July - August. (Service is available upon prior request and must be confirmed.)
- Any type of extra bed or cot is available on request and subject to confirmation by the property.
- A child aged 3 to 12 years pays €35 per night when using an extra bed. (Service is available upon prior request and must be confirmed.)
- The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
- Use mosquito nets, windows, and skylights in the room and bathroom carefully.
- Daily cleaning and tidying. Bed linen and towels are changed every 2 days: nature thanks you.
- Need an extra change? We understand, and if necessary, we'll replace it earlier. If you want daily change, the service costs €12 per day. Any damages must be reimbursed before check-out.
